I was interested in if Adidas or Nike was more popular. I noticed Nike was in the news recently for its Nike campaign with Collin Kaepernick and I wanted to know how this affects the interest for Adidas and Nike. I went to Goolge trends to find this out. I found that the Collin Kaepernick Campaign did spark interest in Nike but I also noticed that Nike has alwways had more interest. From the past 5 years, Adidas has never had more interest than Nike. I was surprised by this because I would guess that they would be pretty even and that Adidas at one point in the last 5 years would have more interest than Nike. This have given me a better understanding of who is "winning"in the shoe and apparel industry between Nike and Adidas.
